At the begining of my junior year I first learned about adobe pro and the different elements it has to offer in video editing. I was taught what the different pattern where meant to do and how to upload videos in to adobe pro. I learn key words to use adobe pro properly such as import and export .I was taught how to set videos clips on a time line and if i ended up not wanting to use that clip i was taught how to ripple delete.I learned the importance of in points and out point. You can clearly see in one of my first videos for expamle the baler pride one i effecting cut interview clips i had of people and put them togteher so that they where shorter and flowed. It shows that i was about to recored something them upload to the computer and then proceed to import into adobe pro. Yet you call tell by my first project that i still was not clear on how to edit and the video wasnt as smooth as i wanted it to be . On my seconed project which i believe was the video with your beautiful wife riding her horse at a horse show. We where givien the instruction of using overlays and inters to edit this video. Honeslty at first i did not under stand the differences between overlays and inserts. The two consepts where confusing to me at first and this video took longer to edit because of that reason. Yet i did end up learning that in an over lay the editior simply puts the video he wants over the video he or she wanted to replace. In an insert you atually ripple delete a clip of a video then insert the video you would like.A scene that shows that i have learned these skills well is in the video labeled "got jumps" at the bottom of my blog. Later in the year i showed  i learned the concept well in the sexting video that i help in because we took from different clips and put them together using over lays and inserts to out the video in a functional way. Plus i got a good grade on that project to it obviously shows that i know what i am doing.

5. This teledamtic art class has taught me alot about the thought and planning that goes into making a film. From the music to the angle of the camera each of these aspects surves a a purpose in getting the films point across. For example if you want your view to fell that they could relate to the character or could clearly see the emotion of the character you are trying to flim you could use  camera shot such as close ups to show the  viewers emotions or use high or low angles to show the the character is in a vaulnerble or in charge of a situation. A film maker can provoke feeling in the viewer or show what a character is feeling withou using dialouge by using certain types of music and camera angles.

One Love

In Liz and I video one love we tired to envoke a feeling of compassion and hope for nature and the animals in it. We want wanted to the audience to see and love nature and its purest and best, then we wanted people to  see what the human spieies as a whole is doing to our envoirment and wild life. We wanted our audience to be a little disturbed at what they saw to envoke a sense of urgencie in them to make them want to help and protect the enviorment.
From the middle where the trere is on fire to about the end ,we used intense images and alot  of dark effects to get out point across. until about the very end we use more lighter effect like solorize and effects of that sort to give the end of the movie a lighter feel and the feeling of hope as if something could and can be done to help our envioremnt and to show that people and animals could exsist.We did not use alot of abstract images.

JABBRWOCKY

For the jabberwocky video the effect Liz and i used best was the solorized effect of the hand and the twirl effect we used on the picture with the two guys jumping. First we used the soorized effect and it gave the picture an intense feel to it witch we were going for. Yet it was not only intense but softened at the end giving the picture a relaxing irie feel.There wasent a certain idea we were trying to capture since the poem dosent really make sense we belive the idea didnt really have to either. The second effect we liked used was the twirl. It worked very well with the picture because the men in the jumping in a silly manor and the twirl effect added to it. The mood we were trying to go for was playful and light hearted.
